PRICES

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All sales are COD or paid with credit card unless credit is approved before ship date. Net 30 day is offered on approved credit. Visa or Master cards are accepted. Terms are effective from the date of invoice.

WARRANTY

All Sarson goods are warranted for 90 days from date purchased. Abuses of products and normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty. Warranty repair, replacement or credit is done at the discretion of Sarson.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Carrier insurance is available by request. Sarson shall not be responsible for delayed or non-delivery in whole or in part due to transportation difficulties or cause, which make delivery impractical.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is subject to Sarson approval. Some orders may not be cancelled at any time. Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to shipping date.

RETURNS

All claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. Any shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns must have the return authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. RA numbers are valid for 14 days. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All merchandise must be checked at the time of receipt for any damage. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

Interest will be charged at one percent (1%) per month on all past due amounts.

CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS

Written confirmation is required on all orders. Orders cannot be cancelled or varied once production has begun. Returns will not be accepted for any custom or special order. A 50% deposit is required for all custom or special orders before production.
